jiy9 Terms & Conditions

This document outlines all the conditions for using the jiy9 platform. Please read it carefully in full before registering an account.

When you access, register on, or use any service of the jiy9 platform, you are considered to have agreed to all the terms and conditions stated below. If you do not accept these terms, you will not be permitted to use the platform. If anything is unclear, please contact our support team.

Definitions & Interpretations

The following terms used in these terms and conditions are defined as:

"Platform" refers to jiy9's website, mobile version, and all related services.
"User" or "Member" refers to any person who has registered on the platform and is using its services.
"Account" refers to each user's individual registered profile.
"Bonus" refers to any promotional reward offered by jiy9.
"Wagering" or "Wagering Requirement" refers to the total amount that must be wagered before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
"We" or "jiy9" refers to the organisation operating this platform.

Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The jiy9 platform is only for persons aged 21 (twenty-one) years or older. No minor is permitted to use this platform. If someone registers by providing false age information, the relevant account will be closed immediately and the balance may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Only

Each user may open only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, all of them will be cancelled and all bonuses and winnings will be considered void.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

You must provide complete, truthful, and accurate information at the time of registration. If your information changes, you must notify the jiy9 support team without delay. Providing false information may result in cancellation of membership.

2.4 Account Security

Keep your password and login details completely confidential. The member is responsible for all activity on their account. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify jiy9 immediately.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Accepted Methods

The following payment methods are currently accepted on the jiy9 platform:

bKash — Mobile Banking
Nagad — Postal Department Mobile Financial Service
Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile Wallet

3.2 Limits

Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (same for all methods)
Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800
Withdrawal time: Usually completed within 5 to 30 minutes.

3.3 Verification

Before processing a withdrawal, jiy9 may carry out an account verification process. The payment method used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in the same person's name.

3.4 Third-Party Payments

Using another person's payment method for deposits or withdrawals is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, the transaction may be cancelled and the account may be suspended.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

A 150% welcome bonus is available on your first deposit at jiy9, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.

Example 1: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,500 bonus → Total balance ৳2,500
Example 2: Deposit ৳22,000 and receive the maximum ৳15,000 bonus → Total balance ৳37,000

4.2 Wagering Requirement

A 25x wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit.

Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = ৳37,500 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 Other Bonus Terms

The bonus applies to the first deposit only, and each account may claim it once.
If you wish to withdraw your deposit after claiming the bonus, the bonus and any bonus winnings will be forfeited.
Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time.
jiy9 reserves the right to investigate any suspected bonus abuse.
jiy9 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

Gaming Rules

5.1 Fair Play Policy

jiy9 uses SSL encryption and software from certified game providers to ensure fairness across all games. We are committed to fair play, and there is no possibility of manipulation in any outcome.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation:

Using software or bots to automate gameplay.
Using any technical advantage to influence game outcomes.
Deliberately exploiting any system error or bug.
Colluding with other members to gain an unfair advantage.
Attempting to launder money or conduct illegal financing through the platform.

5.3 Erroneous Payments

If any amount is incorrectly credited to an account due to a technical error, jiy9 reserves the right to correct it. The member is obligated to return any funds withdrawn as a result of such an error.

VIP Program & Cashback

jiy9's VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback
Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
Diamond: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on your activity and regular participation on the platform. jiy9 reserves the right to change VIP benefit terms, and any changes will be communicated in advance.

Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 jiy9's Rights

In the following circumstances, jiy9 may suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice:

Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
Abuse of bonus or promotional benefits.
Evidence of fraud, deception, or suspicious activity.
If the member is found to be a minor.
Security or legal reasons.

7.2 Member's Rights

You may request the closure of your account at any time. To do so, send an email to [email protected]. Before the account is closed, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance.

Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal information is not sold to third parties.
All data is protected through SSL encryption.
Payment information is stored with maximum security.
Information may be shared with authorities where legally required.

Limitation of Liability

jiy9 strives to provide uninterrupted and accurate service, however jiy9's liability is limited in the following areas:

Losses caused by technical issues, server downtime, or internet disruption.
Losses resulting from any error in third-party game software.
Losses caused by the user's own negligence or account credential exposure.
Service disruption losses due to unforeseen circumstances or natural disasters.

However, these limitations do not affect your legal rights.

Changes to Terms

jiy9 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified in advance by email or through a platform notification. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
